How It Works

STEP 1 - SHOP & CALL
We invite you to browse through our web site and shop with confidence. When you are ready to order just give us a call to schedule a drop-off appointment or how to ship your media to us.



STEP 2 - PACK & SHIP
Using a Permanent Marker (allow ink to dry) put a UNIQUE number

on each video tape, film reel, or audio cassette, wrap your media in 

bubble wrap, print & complete a copy of the Invoice and place your

media and forms inside a UPS, FedEx, or USPS approved shipping

box. DO NOT OVER PACK BOX. Tape your box along all seams

and place Shipping Label on outside of box.

If you are local you MUST first schedule an APPOINTMENT

to drop off your media at our Studio location address.


STEP 3 - WE PROCESS & RETURN
We will contact you when your media arrives to

discuss any special instructions you may have.

We will process your media and contact you once we  

are ready to return ship. We will provide you with a

tracking number so you can monitor the shipment of

your package as it returns home.


STEP 4 - YOU ENJOY!

We will follow up 2 weeks after you receive

your finished DVDs to ensure your satisfaction.

Our storefront is open by APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO WALK INS will be permitted until further notice.  Please call to schedule an appointment if you wish to visit our storefront. We will be practicing strict social distancing and safety requirements in compliance with CDC Requirements for small businesses.

This will be done by:

  1. APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED – we will be scheduling one customer at a time to drop off media or pickup their completed orders.Walk-ins will not be permitted.
  2. MASKS REQUIRED – All customers must wear a face covering or mask prior to entering our store.
  3. KNOCK TO ENTER – Customer must knock on door to be let into the store. Doors will remain locked during business hours.
  4. SOCIAL DISTANCING – We will have clearly marked designated areas for the customer to stand or sit while conducting business in our store to ensure safe physical/social distancing.
  5. PAYMENTS – We will continue to accept cash, check and credit card payments. Our credit card scanner and signature pad will be sterilized before each use and will have hand sanitizer readily available for the customer to use as needed.
  6. DISSINFECTING – Door handles, counter tops, table tops, and any items that the customer touches will be thoroughly cleaned with disinfecting wipes after each customers visit.
